Expediting your award decision. Returning families who complete and submit their FAST application, including the requested tax documents, by February 10, 2023, will be notified of their award amount by March 18, 2023. Yes. If you haven’t yet filed your income tax returns for the current year, you can submit the returns for the previous year. You can submit your current year returns to FAST later, once they have been filed. In the meantime, we will review your TAP application, understanding that the returns are forthcoming. Any granted award will be considered as ‘conditional,’ which means that the award is granted based on the condition that the information on your current tax return is consistent with the information you posted to your application.
